【Properties】 This product is a light yellow clear oily liquid.
[Pharmacological action] Estradiol can promote the normal growth and development of female organs and accessory sex in female animals. Causes the increase and secretion of cervical mucosal cells, thickening of the vaginal mucosa, promoting endometrial hyperplasia and increasing uterine smooth muscle tone. Estradiol also affects the skeletal system, increases bone calcium deposition, accelerates osteophyte closure and bone formation, and moderately promotes protein synthesis and increases water and sodium retention. In addition, estradiol can also negatively regulate the release of gonadotropins from the anterior pituitary gland, thereby inhibiting lactation, ovulation, and androgen secretion.

【Adverse reactions】
